
Scope of Authorized Services
Under the Pennsylvania CPA Law (63 P.S. § 9.1 et seq.) and 49 Pa. Code § 11.21 – § 11.23, this business is authorized to provide the following non-attest accounting and financial services to clients within the Commonwealth:
Bookkeeping & Recordkeeping Services
General-ledger maintenance, journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll record preparation.
Financial Information Preparation (for Internal Use Only)
Preparation of financial information and management reports for internal or tax purposes without issuing any assurance or independent report.
Tax Preparation & Filing Services
Federal, state, local income-tax return preparation for individuals and businesses as a registered IRS PTIN holder.
Management & Controller-Level Support
Development of internal financial procedures, custom reporting, and training of client staff in basic accounting processes.
Services Not Provided (Restricted to Licensed CPAs or CPA Firms)
No Attest Activities
We do NOT provide Audits, Reviews, and Compilations with Reports (“attest activities”) under AICPA SAS/SSARS/SSAE standards.
No Attestation Services
We do NOT provide attestation services to include issuing assurance opinions, attestation letters, or certified financial statements intended for third-party use.
No CPA, PA, IPA Representation
We do NOT provide any representation of independence or use of CPA/IPA/PA Firm titles as defined by 49 Pa. Code § 11.21.
Disclosures and Compliance
JWJ Solutions LLC is registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and is not a CPA firm under the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy.
All financial information prepared is for the exclusive use of the client and does not constitute attest work or independent public accounting as defined in 49 Pa. Code § 11.1.
